Tequila Lime Air Fryer Donuts – Zesty & Fluffy in 10 Minutes

Tequila lime air fryer donuts sounded fun and different, until my first batch turned dense with barely any citrus flavor. I wanted that light, fluffy texture with a bright lime kick and just a subtle tequila note. After testing this three ways, I discovered that fresh lime zest and a balanced glaze made all the difference. Then I cracked the code by keeping the batter simple and baking at a slightly lower temperature. I finally landed on a method that gives soft donuts with a fresh, zesty finish every time.
