Spring Granola Air Fryer Clusters – Crunchy & Golden in 12 Minutes

Spring granola air fryer clusters felt like the easiest snack idea, until my first batch came out loose and crumbly instead of those big crunchy clusters I wanted. I was aiming for lightly sweet, crisp bites with a fresh spring feel. After testing this three ways, I discovered that pressing the mixture down and not stirring too early made all the difference. Then I cracked the code by adding just enough binding with honey. I finally landed on a method that gives golden, crunchy clusters that actually hold together every time.

CONCLUSION

These spring granola air fryer clusters are one of my favorite quick snacks when I want something crunchy and lightly sweet. Once I stopped stirring too soon, they turned out perfectly golden with those satisfying clusters every single time.
