Matcha Glazed Air Fryer Donuts – Soft & Fluffy in 10 Minutes

Matcha glazed air fryer donuts were one of those recipes I expected to be simple, until my first batch turned dense with a dull green color. I wanted that light, fluffy texture with a vibrant matcha flavor that actually stood out. After testing this three ways, I discovered that sifting the matcha and not overmixing the batter made all the difference. Then I cracked the code by slightly lowering the temperature to keep them soft. I finally landed on a method that gives airy donuts with a smooth, glossy matcha glaze every time.
