Swicy Air Fryer Brownies – Fudgy & Bold in 12 Minutes

Swicy air fryer brownies were one of those experiments I wasn’t sure would work, my first batch tasted flat, with the chipotle overpowering everything. I wanted that deep chocolate richness with just a subtle smoky heat. After testing this three ways, I discovered that a small amount of chipotle and the right bake time made all the difference. Then I cracked the code by slightly underbaking for that fudgy center. I finally landed on a method that gives rich, chewy brownies with a warm, balanced kick every time.
