Air fryer peanut butter blossoms quickly became a favorite after my first batch didn’t quite hit that soft, classic texture, the cookies were too firm and the chocolate didn’t melt just right. I wanted that signature soft peanut butter base with a perfectly set chocolate center. After testing this three ways, I discovered that slightly underbaking and adding the chocolate immediately made all the difference. Then I cracked the code with a quick rest time. Now they come out soft, chewy, and perfectly balanced every time.
