Air Fryer Hot Chocolate Cookies – Gooey & Chocolatey in 8 Minutes

Air fryer hot chocolate cookies sounded like a dream, but my first batch came out dry on the edges and undercooked in the middle. I was aiming for that soft, gooey center with melty chocolate pockets. After testing this three ways, I discovered that lowering the temperature slightly and adding marshmallows at the right time made all the difference. Then I cracked the code with a short rest after cooking. Now they turn out soft, rich, and perfectly gooey every time.
