Air Fryer Funnel Cake – Crispy & Golden in 10 Minutes

Air fryer funnel cake was one of those fun recipes I didn’t expect to work without deep frying, until my first attempt came out pale and soft instead of crisp. I wanted that classic fair-style crunch with a light, airy center. After testing this three ways, I discovered that a slightly thicker batter and proper preheating made all the difference. Then I cracked the code with a light oil spray and careful piping. Now it comes out golden, crisp, and just the right amount of indulgent.
