Air Fryer French Toast Roll-Ups – Crispy Cinnamon Breakfast in 10 Minutes

Air fryer French toast roll-ups came from one of those mornings when I wanted French toast but didn’t want to stand over a skillet flipping slices. My first attempt looked good but turned slightly soggy in the middle. After testing this three ways, I discovered that flattening the bread and cooking at a slightly higher temperature solved the problem. The first few attempts were close, but brushing the rolls lightly with butter finally gave that golden crisp outside. I finally landed on warm, cinnamon-sugar roll-ups that cook fast and feel like a fun breakfast treat.
