Air Fryer Egg and Toast Cups – Crispy & Savory in 10 Minutes

Air fryer egg and toast cups came from a morning when I wanted something more fun than plain toast and eggs but just as easy. My first attempt looked great but the bread stayed too soft and didn’t hold its shape. After testing this three ways, I discovered that pressing the bread firmly into the cups and pre-toasting slightly made all the difference. The first few attempts were close, but adjusting the cook time finally gave me crisp edges with a perfectly set egg center.
