Air fryer croissant French toast came from one of those mornings when I had leftover croissants that were just a little too soft to enjoy on their own. My first attempt turned out overly soggy and didn’t crisp up the way I wanted. After testing this three ways, I discovered that a quick dip instead of soaking made all the difference. The first few attempts were close, but increasing the temperature slightly finally gave me that golden, crisp exterior. I finally landed on rich, buttery French toast with crisp edges and a soft center.
